Hi there, I have a charge 2 and didn't wear it for about a week. I picked it up yesterday, charged it and it wouldn't sync with the app, in fact the app can't find it. So, I restarted my phone, turned bluetooth off and on again, followed the instructions for resetting the fitbit, and guess what? It still doesn't work. My bluetooth and the app can't find (locate) my fitbit. I have the iPhone 11 (the fitbit was working just fine with my new phone) ... Does anyone know what else I can do?

Hi there. Thank you so much. I was able to chat with fitbit support like @SteveH recommended and they helped me. The first time I chatted with them we restarted my fitbit and then the app found my device (I think they did something on their end too because I had tried that yesterday). Then I had to contact them again, the second person asked me to turn on Sync all day and when i did it asked me if i wanted to pair with my phone... ah ha! That fixed my issues. Now my device is found in the phone's bluetooth list, is connected and is found in my app. Hopefully this issue is resolved. Seems to be for now.
Thank you for all your help!
