My Charge2 is not syncing on any of my devices, I switched Bluetooth on and off, deleted the device from Bluetooth, added it again, deleted the app, added it again, reset the Charge 2 . I've done everything there is to do, and it still doesn't work. So now I cant even tell when my battery is low without putting it in the charger. A lot of money to pay out when you cant see your results or information. Can anyone please help?

I am having this problem for about 2 YEARS!!! I have typed hundreds times the 4-digit number trying to sincronize the device. I talked several times with support team but no sactisfatory answer have solved the problem. Maybe having a new device would be the solution but it seems not to be an option from the support team.
Can anyone help me?
Best AnswerMine is not syncing to phone app and therefore weight watchers app.
I changed my phone 2 days ago but was working fine and synched last night at 20.52 🤷🏼:female_sign:
cant get it to work today! Tried deleting app.. Bluetooth etc etc!
very wierd!
