Cracking on screen

Has anyone else's charge 2 screen cracked in this hot weather and can it be replaced

My charge 2 has cracked vertically down the screen in the past 2 days. There is no damage to the display just the glass. I am concerned that this will now allow water into the unit and wonder whether this can be repaired easily?

Mine has developed cracks in the past couple of days too! Tried to email support but not responding to emails anymore.  Mine isn't two years old so wondering if it's a design fault and covered by warranty

I've tried emailing support and live chat but neither option is available, so unsure how to proceed 😞

That's the same as mine I've stopped wearing it as I've noticed it has
cracked horizontally now as well

Thank you for sharing that the screen of your Charge 2 devices have a few cracks, I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately there are no repair centers available at the moment to replace only the screen.

My Fitbit also has developed a crack vertically. Please also send me any information to help with this, thank you

Same happened to me !  Couldn't understand it, definitely not been dropped, banged or hit to cause this: spotted these reports when I was trying to find out what options there are for repair etc.

My Charge 2 is at least 5 years old and I commented a few weeks ago about it developing a vertical crack in the face.  No one has responded to me.  Is there a replacement than can be bought or do I need to send my Fitbit in?  Please advise. I don’t want to lose my data.

Hi guys, i managed to speak to someone via the messenger/chat option who opened a case for me. They ask for you to send some details then offered me a replacement or discount on another model. They were very helpful and responded within 1 day of me giving the details they required.

My screen has two cracks on the screen, no idea how this happened. How can I get the screen replaced?
