Charge 2 not syncing

(I was forced to pick the Versa Label on posting confirmation) So, about 2 weeks ago, my charge 2 stopped synchronizing. I followed steps to restart bluetooth, Removed device from account etc. But now it does not get passed the 4 digit confirmation code. What in the world is going on with Fitbit these days. Can anyone help me? Am I the only one having this issue? Did anyone have this same issue and had it resolved?

I was forced to use the charge 3 forum since it looks as if there isn't support for the Charge 2. It has not synched for 2 weeks now. I have tried everything from "restarting", removing it and adding it back to my account but now I cannot get it past the 4 digit confirmation portion. After all the issues I am having, I am surprised I just dished out $ for the Versa 3. FITBIT DON'T FAIL ME NOW... Can someone help? Has anyone had the same issued and was able to obtain a solution?

Same here. Charge 2 having issues syncing. Phone is compatible. Never had an issue until recent.

My charge 2 hasn't been able to sync for the past 5 days. I've also gone through the rebooting of the Fitibit, my Android phone, Bluetooth and uninstalling + reinstalling the app but nothing has worked.

 

Can we have a patch created please

Same exact thing happened to me. My charge 3 doesn't want to sync anymore and it's been 5 days. Kind of getting angry because I have tried everything!

My charge 2 won't sync hasn't for the last 3 days, but a lot of comments I've read seem to imply it may be the app since an update, who knows!

 

I've updated my phone to latest operating system, checked my Charge 2 is up to date, uninstalled the fitbit app & then reinstalled, nothing works. Really not happy. Had this problem on and off for months now, but this is the worst it's been!
