Fitbit app won’t load

I’ve been trying to get into my app but all that appears is Fitbit at the top! I’ve switched Bluetooth off and my phone but nothing is clearing it 😢can someone help please 🤞

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not loading and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? On your post did  you mean that you restarted your phone? If you haven't please do so. If you are using an Android phone then you can clear the app's cache by going to settings > apps > Fitbit. Finally if the issue persists then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If I uninstall and reinstall the app will I lose my current data?

@BeccaH22 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

Let me help you with your inquiry. As long as your phone is connected to the internet your data will be stored on the Fitbit servers. You can uninstall your app and re-download it and you won't lose any data already uploaded.
