Hi, I have Fitbit Charge 2 and have got my screen scratched and broken. Is there a way to get this replaced in India.

I'm afraid there isn't a screen replacement option in any country.

@sachiny It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen isn't working. Have you tried any troubleshoots? Is the damaged physical? If it isn't I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.
I look forward to your reply.

Hi,
I have tried the restart option but it did not work. Screen is stil blurry and nothing visible except blurr. However the data gets synced with app. Also there is no physical damage to the band.

Thanks. When should i be expecting reply from fitbit?
Since i believe fitbit support response is poor through the email. I am also sharing the band image for your reference. There is no physical damage on the band.
