Same here. I spoke to the live chat and the guy told me to turn my phone on and off again than actually helping me. Then it kicked me out of the live chat and now it says I have reached my limit with the live chat for the day... What alot of bs!

I've had the same problem.  I've always synced to the app before bed, but have recently been getting a 'Couldn't sync' message.  I've reinstalled the app and reset my Fitbit, without success.  For some reason, it will sync if the Fitbit is charging on my latop and my phone is also connected as if to download photos! Bizarre and a bit of a pain.

Same here.  Intermittent syncs.  I contacted support and did all the things (reset, blue tooth on off, restart phone, reinstall the app) and now if anything it's worse because now my phone can't even find it to pair with for some reason.  I should have left it alone.  I wonder what the deal is??!

I have a Charge 2 and 3, use the 3 at night, neither have been syncing for two days. I’ve restarted both, still not working, now I can’t restart.

I guess due to these trackers being older we won't get a solution??

I've tried syncing with other cell phones i have as well.  It's the same issue.  So I don't think it's us but something on their end.

Yes, I did wonder whether it's a way of making people up-grade to a newer version.  Strangely, mine synced fine twice yesterday, but I'm getting the error message again today

I've been having issues for a few days. Same as everyone else, unpaired, phone turned off, reinstalled. It sounds like a fitbit issue in general. I hope it's something they don't do to make us upgrade, there is nothing wrong with my actual fitbit 😕

Well I won’t be upgrading to another Fitbit if that’s the case. I’ll get an Apple Watch.

Check this thread read those angry replies, the 22.58.0 updates destroyed the charge 2 wristbands, and Fitbit never solved this issue. It has been almost 2 years, and they've stopped supporting charge 2 (no firmware updates ever since). They also closed the thread, so you would see no more replies after 2019. So this is the end. I am done with fitbit.

So my problem is that, ever since the last updates in 2019, I haven't been able to connect charge 2 with any of my Bluetooth devices, my pixel phone, my iPad, my laptop. The syncing function requires Bluetooth, which is why many of you found that even if the fitbit shows connected, you cannot sync.

Let me tell you my solutions to that so far: I turned on my old iPhone (ios 11), and connect my charge 2 to that old phone successfully. Then, since I am using the same account on my old phone and new phone, I got to sync the data in my charge 2 to my cloud, then I can see my data on my new phone. In that way, I can at least sync and fix the displayed time on Charge 2. However, even if I connected my charge 2 to my old phone, the Bluetooth still gets disconnected constantly. So theoretically, this method of mine will assure that your charge 2 can display time properly. It can also record your data to some extent, but since it won't sync, you can't transfer those temporarily-stored data to your account. Recently, I am just using my charge 2 as a cheap watch and stop watch. I am done with this brand.
