Purchased the Charge 3 today and am currently charging it up. Previously owned a One... which finally bit the dust after too many 'washings'. 😞
Tried to sync my Charge 3 with my PC Dashboard as a new device, but it doesn't list Charge 3 as an option. Only the earlier versions. What should I do? Thanks in advance. 😄

It's great to see you around @reinbeauchaser.
If you have already paired your tracker, you should be able to sync it with your computer if you have a dongle or Bluetooth on it. If it isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know the outcome.

Seriously. Hours wasted and can't wait to get refund. This CHARGE 3 is super complicated.. won't sync. Something that sure should work with a click and not with reading 100 different google replies from other frustrated useres. Thanks

Hey everyone,
If your computer/laptop has Bluetooth and is running Windows 10, please try this:
1) Visit the "Windows Store" to download the Fitbit "app" for Windows 10. It's free, of course. Here's the windows store link for the Fitbit app:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/fitbit/9wzdncrfj1xx?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
2) Once on the above page, click the blue "Get" button on the right.
3) Wait for it to download/install-- it might take a minute.
4) Now on the same page, there should appear a blue "Launch" button on the top right.
Click the "Launch" button to launch the Windows Fitbit "app" on your computer.
Additional steps that worked for me:
5) On my Charge 3, I had to go to Settings -> About -> Restart Device (check the checkbox for "yes")
6 ) On my Charge 3, I had to go to Settings-> About -> Clear user data.
7) In the Windows Fitbit app, I had to remove the Charge 3 from my profile (it was there from a previous bluetooth connection to my Android).
😎 I rebooted my Windows 10 PC.
9) I made sure the bluetooth icon was down in my windows system tray.
9) I plugged the Charge 3 into the USB charger, and plugged the USB charger into my laptop.
10) I relaunched the FitBit app, and the app finally "discovered" my Charge 3.
Then I was able to sync the tracker to my laptop.
Good luck! It is possible!

On a Windows 10 PC I originally was only able to sync with an old Flex usb dongle but recently found my usb bluetooth adapter. Once Windows recognized the BT adapter I was able to add and sync two different Fitbit devices via the Windows Fitbit App. 🍀

All seems simple unless you know nothing. Where on earth is the windows store?
Should I remove the App from my iPhone first and see if I can get it on there?
As I am in 'Lockdown' No one can help me. I wish Fitbit manual was clearer.

Hi LizaBags,
The windows store is on on Windows 10 computers. It's like Microsoft's version of the iPhone app store.
More info on how to access the windows store is here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027788/microsoft-store-how-to-open
Windows Store is only for folks with a Windows PC or a Windows laptop.
If you have a macbook or mac computer, use the App Store.
If you'd just like to sync the FitBit to your phone, then don't even use your computer or laptop. Try uninstalling/reinstalling the FitBit app on you phone. Good luck!

I'm on a Mac desktop. I have a Charge 3. Is there a desktop app for my needs? I'm only finding Windows based apps -- is there one for Mac users?
