Charge 2 not syncing

Hello,

Question: Is it possible to re-install the FitBit app for my laptop?

For several years, I would sync to the FitBit app downloaded to my laptop. I prefer not to sync to my smartphone. A few weeks ago, the time was wrong, and usually I could do a sync and the time would correct itself. For some reason, it was taking too long for the time to be updated, so I stupidly exited the FitBit app on my laptop (as opposed to logging in on FitBit.com (more about this below). When I tried to log back into the FitBit laptop app, it would not let me lot in or reset my password. Stupid mistake #2, I uninstalled the app from my laptop, and now I can't find anywhere online where I can re-install the app for my laptop. I can only find the app for a phone.

I went to my online account on FitBit.com and it said I had not synced for several weeks. Yes, that was correct. However, while logged in on my online account, I can't find the "button" to sync my watch.

The time is still wrong on my watch - I have it plugged into my laptop via USB and it's charging. It's not a daylight savings issue either - the time is wrong by 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Thanks in advance and I apologize if this issue has already been discussed.

Hi @bzar  you can only sync via a smartphone or tablet. The ability to sync via the computer has been removed. You need to sync regularly in order to have the correct time.
