Over the last week, my Charge 2 has not tracked exercise properly. I’ve had it for 8 months and it has been fine. Instead of tracking my hour-long walks and sports, it just comes up with small periods of activity with low heart-rates and classes them as ‘elliptical’ exercise. I’ve checked App Store and it is up to date. Any idea what’s up?

See if a Restart will correct the problem. Do it several times if necessary.

My Charge 2 has been doing the same thing and only recently started - it had been fine until about a month ago. It was classing my hour long walk as three separate walks. It has now not recognised my daily walk which is over an hour. Yesterday I walked over 12000 steps in less than 2 hours and it has counted the steps in my daily count but says I did not complete any exercise that day. It has done ths 4 times now in the past month.

The summary of my exercise has not been displayed on exercise window since 11th November. How can I get the same. I havebeen using charge 2 tracker.

I have been having a similar issue. I start a workout and select it on my fitbit watch but, at the end of the workout, it says that I haven't burned any calories or taken any steps. This is after an hour long bootcamp. Just started happening. Makes no sense to me!
