Dear all,
since I changed my phone from iPhone 7 to iPhone X (iOS version 13.2.2) my Fitbit doesn’t regularly show data related to the sleep pattern anymore. It does it occasionally (for example, on a Tuesday or Wednesday it shows, then it misses one or two days, then starts over to work). Sometimes it had recorded only half of my sleep, and not the whole of it.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? How did you solve it?

@orionf It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro!
Thank you for your reply!
I’ve been using Fitbit for years, two different models. The latest one, my Charge 2, has never missed a night (not even a part of it) until I was using with my iPhone 7.
Since I changed phone, now on iPhone X, version 13.2.2, the recording of my sleeps keeps going missing now and then. Sometimes the whole night, some nights it stops recording mid-way through it.
I don’t think that any of the solution you are suggesting are effective. I believe that Fitbit needs to come up with an effective update of the software that could fix this issues properly.
Let me know when you’re planning it, if not I might just decide to change brand...

the picture shows three days with missing night sleep pattern report, plus one night when the recording stopped around 4:45am (Saturday ).
