Charge 2 not tracking sleep properly

My Fitbit Versa doesn’t track my sleep properly. I have emailed several times about this issue. I have changed the sleep setting to “sensitive” but nothing has worked. For example it will show sleep time as 11.15pm and wake time 7.15am and show that I slept for 4 hours 40 min

No sleep score is calculated 

Pl help
