Charge 2 not tracking sleep

My charge 2 had not tracked my sleep the last 2 nights. And my battery life has been off the last few weeks. It goes from dead to 100% but it’s not a true 100% and then dies

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. This could be related to the battery issue that you're experiencing, however, to better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Charge 2 not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep. Let me know if the issue persists.

Mine is not recording my sleep at all.  Never.  I have no battery issues.

Mine has stopped as well a week ago, very frustrating!  Have tried rebooting my phone and fitbit and it doesn't help. It did this last month and it started recording and now it's stopped again.

Same here. The last day it recorded anything was 8/30. Mine is also not recording the 250+ step even though it is recording daily step totals. That also stopped after 8/30. My heart rate not longer works either.
