Charge 2 not tracking steps

SO fustrated, walked almost 4-500 steps to get in for end of  day did not record one step. Once mid night hit thought I would go further another quarter mile ( and i got 15,000 in for day what did I really get ?) I have Blaze fitbit chrge 2 also which I wear if i am going to wear on my right wrist. Come on fitbit just read all the forums same story it seems with many. I challenge you to make things right. We are serious about our health how about you??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this affecting only the step count or other stats too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 2 and let me know if the issue persists.
