Charge 2 not turning on

Hi My charge 2 device has stopped working. My app tells me there is 70% battery. There are no green lights underneath. I have plugged it in to reset but it doesn't work as it is completely dead.

Hi, I have completed all the troubleshooting steps and My Fitbit is still dead.
