I have never had a problem with my watch before especially whilst tracking my runs but for some reason today whilst running I checked my distance expecting it to be at 10km and it said 15km I wish I had ran that far without knowing but that’s pretty impossible. It’s annoying as I now don’t know how far I ran and in what time I did it !! Is there anyway of finding out my actually distance ?!

@Scarlettolive Thanks for joining us!
Let me help you with your distance detection with your Charge 2. If you know the distance of your run then you can manually log the activity but there is no way to know what the correct distance was. Your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
Let me know how it goes.
