Hi, I've had my Charge 2 for about 2 years now, but no problems with it before. About a week ago I noticed it was almost out of battery so I charged it overnight but in the morning it was still dead. I tried a couple different outlets, and then tried plugging it directly into my computer. Nothing has worked--it won't reset, charge, or show anything on the display. My app can't find the device and it doesn't show the last day it recorded my steps, even going past the date I know it stopped working. Is it just too old and died for good, or something else? I've cleaned the charging ports and made sure for the 10+ times I've tried to revive it that it was in fact fully aligned in the charger. Let me know if there's anything I can do!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Hi Ricardo, thanks for responding! My Fitbit heart rate sensors are not flashing and it has been completely unresponsive no matter what I try. I’ve left it charging overnight twice and nothing. I’ve tried restarting it and nothing appears on the screen. Are there any other actions I can take?

The exact same thing happened to me just this morning! Charge 2 a little over 2 years old; working fine last night; went to charge it his morning...got a weird vertical line on my screen, which never happened before...and by tonight...it won't charge or light up or connect to my phone. Totally dead! Do they only last 2+ years? I did the same thing you have done...tried charging it several times in different outlets...nothing! Any new advice?

Exactly the same for me too! It seems like quite a few people are having the same issue as well at exactly the same time. Very strange 😡 I have tried all the hints and tips suggested with no luck. This is very frustrating....... Help please

my charge 2 stopped working, how do I track my stwps with just the iphone, since the tracker is not working. No green lights and no tracker displays

This has happened to my Charge 2 as well. Was at 80% charged yesterday morning, and sometime during the day it just stopped working, display is black, "tracker not found" when I check the app on my phone and it will not charge. Please advise if there is/will be a fix for this as it seems like it has happened to a number of Charge 2's at roughly the same time

Hi @RicardoFitbit , since my Charge 2 stopped working I purchased an Inspire HR, but I did not like it and decided to return it. I mailed the Inspire HR back as part of my return last Saturday, and I know from my FedEx tracking number that it arrived at the Fitbit Return Center on Thursday, yet I have heard nothing from Fitbit about my return and I have not gotten my money back yet. Can you let me know how long the return usually takes to get processed? Thanks.

facing the same problem. Charge 2 not getting started since 3 days. After complaining on email got reference to check on community. Please reply how to resolve this asap.as I'm a wellnesscoach and need to update my clients with step counts etc
