The battery of my Fitbit charge 2 was getting low but I had to replace the charger so was was out of use with a flat battery for about two weeks. The screen is now black, there are no green lights on the back, and no response to charger (has been on charger for about 12 hours). Have cleaned charging points, am using the same wall adapter as I have alway used (which I have tested with other devices to make sure it is still working), and have attempted to restart and to factory reset but nothing is working.
