Why won't my Fitbit vibrate anymore when I have alarms set?

There could be a few reason why your device is not vibrating anymore, so please let me know which model of Fitbit device you have and if this is happening only with your alarms or with any notification.

I have a charge 2 fitbit.  The alarms I have set no longer vibrate.  Thank you for reaching out.Sent from my Galaxy

Hi @Colemichele.

 

Thanks for the update. Please check that the notifications are enabled on your Charge 2 by pushing the side button for 2 seconds. If the notifications are turned off, push the button for 2 seconds to turn them on.

 

By the way, I moved your post to the Charge 2 board to keep the forum organized and you can receive assistance from other Charge 2 users as well.
