Charge 2 notifications not clearing

My charge 2 notifications icon is always read and says I have one notification however when I click on it there have been no new notifications since June. Any suggestions please?

No suggestions, a number of us are having this problem. I updated my phone operating system and it seemed to go away for a day or so but I think it was because I was getting legitimate messages. It’s back to being on all the time again. Notify Fitbit. If enough of us complain about it maybe they will address it.

Hey guys, @Marzo1 and @lakegirllk, I hope you are doin' fine! The red dot that you are looking on the notifications tab on the Fitbit app, even though you have no notifications, is an issue that our team is aware of and working in order to fix it, so please be patient. 😉
