Have my Charge 2 for 6 months. Love it but just found out if Notifications is ON, you can get phone alerts. Notifications on my phone does nothing. Also when I push a baby stroller or shopping cart, it doesnt calculate my steps.

I will call help line but any other suggestions?

One thing at a time.

When your Fitbit wrist is firmly supported, as on an shopping cart or baby stroller or treadmill rail, steps will probably not be recognized.  Any wrist-worn tracker detects step from the normal swinging of the arm while walking.  If the wrist does not move,  Fitbit cannot tell what your legs are doing.  If you put tracker in your pocket or pin onto clothing, you will probably get good step count, but will lose heart rate data for that time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
