I can charge my Fitbit and screen will show version. But when off charger I cannot get screen to turn on. Like show time or anything. Can I get replaced or something else. Any suggestions. Broken?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

@Lyn- Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker's display isn't working. Additionally to the instructions @WendyB shared you can try starting by cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!
