Is it possible to track the route you have just ran or cycled on a charge 2, as I was able to do this on my previous Fitbit Surge

Hey @SunsetRunner, I hope you are great! As @SteveH mentioned, you need to carry your phone with you in order to use the connected GPS to track certain activities. Take a look at the link posted above for further instructions.

The Surge had GPS built into the watch so GPS tracking was nice and easy.

The Charge 2 doesn't have GPS so it's a bit more tricky. What it does have is "connected GPS" which is where it will use your phone's GPS and track via that, the downside being that you need to take your phone with you on your runs.

There's information on how this works at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1874/
