Hi everyone,
I have a fitbit charge 2, the time and date are completely wrong as it is 23 mins off and a few months off. I haven't used the fitbit in few months and the battery must have completely died. I have tried doing a soft reset using the charging station and also have tried unpairing my device on my fitbit app. The device has been unpaired but, continues to tell the wrong time/date. Is there a way to factory reset this device? I am open to suggestions. Please help, thanks in advance!

It will get the time and date from the sync device when it syncs, so get it set up first and time and date will take care of themselves.

I am trying to connect via fitbit app and following in app instructions. I am unable to connect again because it says I am having bluetooth issues or tracker not found. Am i doing something wrong?
