Charge 2 reads stats backwards

Charge 2 keeps reverting to reading backwards. Have tried a lot of what to do but no success. Any suggestions?

Hi Juan
I have reset it a number of times also deleted app and reinstalled it. Set it up again but it still reverts to reading backwards.
