Charge 2 reconnecting problem

After a month of not using my watch, I tried to synq my watch to my phone, and it didn't work. Then I removed my watch from my devices in my account and I can't seem to reconnect it. I've tried everything. Any suggestions?

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
