Hi all

I'm having trouble flipping the fitbit from right to left.

Dominant hand right , set

Fitbit left, set

Sync

Won't flip over, can someone please explain malfunctioning of device.

Thanks for sharing all of those details! Let me help you try to get it to work. 

 

I will be moving this thread to the Charge 2 board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to restart your Fitbit. That should cause the screen to be responsive again in case it is freezing due to a software issue.
