I'm having the exact same problem. Fitbit was working when I went to sleep last night but this morning the screen wont come on and it seems to be working underneath the black void. Also only one of the green heart rate sensor lights will come on with the other seeming to he randomly flickering from time to time when I push the button.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the display of your Fitbit Charge 2. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

If your Tracker is syncing, you can try to change the clock face by following the next steps:

 

  • From the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1652390089795.png in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Charge 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Install to add the clock face to Charge 2.
