My fitbit screen started to dim recently and now nothing is showing up on the screen as well as notifing me of notifications even though I have the notification setting turned on. I believe that it is tracking everything as accurate as before and syncs. I have turned it off when it was in the charger but that didn´t do anything. Any suggestions? Can it be fixed? If not, is there a way to just buy the main component/tracker? Thanks!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You mentioned that you turned off the tracker but the device doesn't have this option. Did you let the battery die? I suggest you restart your device by following these instructions.

No, I didn't let it die. I followed the instructions to restart it a couple of times and it didn't change the screen.
