My fitbit charge 2 has just went to a blank sceeen... its fully charged the green lights r on and its still teaclin my steps etc.. tried reboot its jtat grwy fuzzylines. It vibrates an all.. its syncing to the app on my galaxy s8. I got thiz as a gift amd i am annoyed

I have a fit-bit Charge two, initially the screen was a mirror image, then within an hour it went blank/black. I tried all the things on the internet like connect the charge hold the button, could feel the vibration, but the screen was blank. The two green lights are on, on my cell I see it does sync and collect data, but again my screen is blank.
Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated. Thank you
