My Charge 2- which I have had for about 2 years now, suddenly blocked on Notification ON/Off message yesterday. It has been working well ever since I got it. The screen began glitching, so I took it off for a few hours. When I got back to it, the screen was normal so I put it on again, but shortly afterward it began glitching again and has not stopped.I have already restarted ,but still blocked . Anyone have this issue? Ihave

Hold down the single button on the side of the Fitbit Charge 2 for between 10 and 12 seconds, until the Fitbit icon pops up on the screen.
