Charge 2 screen brightness compared to Charge 3

I have a charge 2. The only problem with it is the display is not bright enough. I would gladly swap lower battery life for a brighter display, but you cannot adjust the brightness.

Does the charge 3 have brightness control?

Hello @G_Malyon thanks for your inquiry, I'm happy to give you an answer and a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to share with you that our Charge 2 does't have a setting to change the brightness but the display should be bright enough to be read. I recommend you to restart your device if you think the display of your device is dim. Also, you can try to compare it with another device to check if there is a marked difference. Our Charge 3 device have brightness control setting, in which you can change the brightness of the display from auto, normal and dim. However, take in consideration that our Charge 2 and Charge 3 display brightness are pretty similar.
