The watch will not charge. Has anyone experienced this?

Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging problems at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/ 

 

As it says at the end of that help file, if the suggestions don't work then it's best to contact customer support
