Charge 2 screen corrupted

My charge 2 screen has stopped working-- it shows me a corrupted black and white screen instead, sort of like the old TV screens if the dish stopped working. Has this happened to anyone ever before? I'm very upset- I was very reliant on my Fitbit for my excercise.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
