Unfortunately it's not possible to repair or replace the screen on fitbits
If you think the crack is a result of a defect rather than accidental damage then it would be covered by the warranty (if you can convince fitbit). However, the standard warranty is 1 year but if you are in Europe then it's 2 years so you may be covered depending on where you are.
You could contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
Best AnswerI think there is a serious design flaw in the screen. If you look closely, there's a blacker rim around the screen where the display is seen. Mine started cracking at the junction of that rim and the display portion, and it's steadily gotten worse. I contacted FitBit and they sent me a 'courtesy' replacement, but it completely died (won't turn on, won't charge, totally dead) before I got a chance to start using it. I've now had four Fitbits in less than 4 years (5 if you count the one I bought that had a faulty band that kept falling off and was returned within 2 days of purchase), and I'm really considering switching to another brand because I'm not happy with the lack of durability of these trackers. I don't abuse them, they just don't seem to be holding up to regular use anymore. 😞
