I'm sorry to know that the screen of your Fitbit is cracked, certainly this is not the way we want you to enjoy the Fitbit experience. Let me share with you that the screen of your Charge 2 cannot be replaced, however, I've contacted our Customer Support team on your behalf to receive further assistance with them accordingly to our warranty policies.
