Hello! Last week, my fitbit screen stopped working. It was still syncing with my phone and the button and tracker were still working but instead of the display showing up, all that would show was a white line going across the screen. I reset the tracker using the charger and the screen started working again, however I am now having exactly the same problem. Everything seems to be working, except for the screen. This time restarting the tracker didn't work, the screen is still black. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my fitbit dead? I will definitely not be buying a new one to replace it, as I only got this one two months ago and I've already had so many problems with it.

@cait.er.lin Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 display isn't working. Thank you for restarting it, since the issue persist then please let our Support team know just like @SunsetRunner suggested. I have created a ticket so you will get an email from them.

I have the same issue. It started with lines showing on screen which got worse and worse until text was not readable. I tried to reset, but that was final straw, screen went black and has not come back. Now what?
