Had the Charge 2 for 2 years. When Ride my bike, i try to check my HR. The manual says just rotate your wrist and device will awake. He never has. This is really frustrating. The device works well, but I cannot resolve this I will move on to another product. Comments?

@GT350 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not turning on during your exercise. This feature is called Quick View on the Charge 2 so please check that it is turned on on your tracker's settings. Also try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
