My screen is blank. It’s fully charged. I tried resetting it several times yesterday and got several vertical lines down the screen but that’s it! I connected the USB cable to my computer, held the button down for 10 to 12 seconds, it vibrates and there are vertical lines show on the screen and then they go away, same thing as I repeat the steps again and again. Changed the clock face, as someone suggested but that didn’t work for me. It still charges, it still syncs with my phone, and it still picks up my steps, but I can’t check my progress throughout the day unless I walk around the office with my phone in my hand.
