Hi I was wondering if you could help me my charge 2 screen is blank, I tried to reset it and its still not working. It's vibrating and counting my steps still as its showing up when I sync with my phone

I'm having exactly the same problem! Sometimes it displays some pixels, but then they go away. I tried resetting it and nothing happened. If anybody has any idea how to fix it, it will be very appreciated. Thank you!

I had the same problem a couple of days ago and read the answers on this forum but that didn't help.

 

I got my FitBitCharge 2 working normal again with a simple procedure.

 

Make sure your Fitbit is fully charged.

Once it is charged, remove it from the charging cable. Hold the reset button down for 15 seconds or until the display comes back on.

 

That should do it.
