Dear Sir or Madam, as the Dutch Fitbit site doesn't work well I would like to ask you this question:
My Fitbit Charge 2 has a large crack in it's glass. I bought it November 2017. I have the original box and invoice. I would like to know which route to follow to have my Fitbit repaired. Thank you in advance. Agnes
