Charge 2 screen is dark. Fully charged. Plugged into charger with no results.

Please restart your Charge 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

On your device's screen, swipe left until you find “Settings.” Select that. Scroll to “Brightness.” Tap that button to cycle through brightness levels.
