Dark screen on Charge 2

Charge2 screen is dark although I get an occasional flash. Still records info through my phone. Any ideas?

The first thing that you can try is to charge the watch to its full potential. Often a Fitbit screen turns pitch black in case the battery is down. While charging, always try to use a proper charging cable without any damage. On top of that, always try to charge the watch from a wall plug point/.
