My fitbit charge 2 wont show anything on the screen, even after "waking" it up or double tapping it. I thought maybe the battery died without me realizing it. When i put it on the charger it buzzes when the charger is applied signifying that it is charging. But when i connect the charger and remove the charger, the battery life gauge doesn't appear and my normal clock and steps indicator doesn't appear. Instead, all i get is a mostly dark screen with grayish bars randomly appearing (think the bars that would appear on a broken old t.v). The bars only appear for a few seconds then go away. And my screen never again shows anything. Can anyone advise what is wrong? Has anyone else experienced this? Is it broken? Thanks! -Thomas

@Thomas_Ox It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 screen isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!
