I have had my Charge 2 for some time, and the screen has stopped working. It is still connected to my phone and syncing to the app, but the screen is completely blank. I have tried holding the button for 8 seconds (it vibrates once, but nothing else happens), and numerous other troubleshooting tips, and it still does not work.
Any hints? Thank.

Of course, email support does not exist, and Live Chat is not available. This is very frustrating.

this happened to me yesterday [June 4], too! All was well and suddenly display stopped working. It's still recording data, still syncing, etc -- but the display of the device itself is blank. I have tried both the "restart it while charging" suggestion and the "change the clock face setting" suggestion, but neither work.
Following the links for support takes me to an old twitter feed that prompts "We want to help! What can we do for you today?" but does not reply to my messages; sending email gets a response " In order solve your issue more quickly, we no longer provide assistance by email." and following the link for chat on the support page gets [after filling out a request for support] " Sorry, that page is following a different trail.
