Hoping someone can help . . . A few seconds after activating my Fitbit at the start of a run, it vibrates and shows "Check Fitbit App"? I've checked everything I can think of but it's still doing it. When syncing after a run it doesn't seem to show my true pace. Anyone else come across this problem?
(Sorry this is for a Charge 2 and not Charge 3)

Let me share with you that this message means you may need to grant location permissions on your phone. I recommend you to check: How do I use the Fitbit app to capture GPS data? and check the steps on How can I make sure my phone works with MobileRun for your specific mobile device platform.
