Hi. I restarted my tracker and now it only shows www.fitbit.com/setup on the display. No other data and it is not syncing on the app. I tried reinstalling the app... Restarting my fone and tracker again. Nothing works. Please help.

@Keshni Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing the setup page. You will need to actually setup your tracker on your account. Simply tap the top left button and there tap the Setup a device and follow the instructions. You can also check this article for reference. Once its setup your data should show again on the device.
