Hi everyone,
3 days ago my screen went blank and has stayed the same. Prior to this the display was flickering and had lines through the screen display. I’ve tried all the suggestions to restart and nothing works. Help?

Hi, the same thing has happened to mine. The screen went blank about 2 days ago and hasn't worked since then. I've charged it and done all the steps mentioned but still.nothing. Not sure where to go from here.

I have the same issue, except mine just went blank. Everything else appears to be working, but I can't see it working.
Also, how do I open a ticket with the support team?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions and see how it behaves.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit,
Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid that I can't revive my FitBit. It buzzes when I hold the button down for about 10 seconds, but nothing appears on the screen.
Then, when I take it off charge, it buzzes about every 2 seconds, continuously.
The pulse checking lights on the back work, but that's about it.

I am having the same problem . My Fitbit is blank. I tried all the troubleshooting . I also charged it and it shut down after 5 minutes

Display of my unit is still blank, not able to see anything however software part and recordings are being operational. Please help in setting display in order.
