Charge 2 shows name

Has anyone else experienced the charge 2 calling them "CHUBBY!" after sitting idle for a while? There are several different ways and times my charge 2 has done it. While I've been washing dishes even once in the middle of the night I woke to use the bathroom looked down and the screen says "let's get moving CHUBBY!" I find this very upsetting and  extremely unmotivating.

Hi @Discouraged2019,  if you select your profile picture, then select the image of your charge 2, then scroll down to where it says Greeting, what does it say there?

If it says Chubby, I suspect someone has got hold of your phone and changed this in jest.

Just select greeting and you can change it to your name or something you feel is more motivational to you.

@Discouraged2019 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing this message. @Lilbiddy does have a point, you can check your tracker's greeting settings to ensure this wasn't entered on it. No device has this message configured and I haven't seen this happening (even with my own Charge 2).
