I simply want to setup my Charge 2 again. I don’t know to which account or which iPhone I have been syncing it. Just let me do a factory reset and start all over!!!!
But I can’t remove it from an account if I don’t know which account it’s being synced to now.
And the problem is that it’s not really being synced at all, time is wrong, date is wrong!
I’m about to throw it in the trash!! Can someone convince me to keep it?

A factory reset will only clear data from the fitbit, not your account.
To start over, the easiest way is to set up a new account (using an email you haven't used before) and then add the fitbit as a new device (you don't need to remove it from its current account).

Thanks for your help!
But how do I get the Charge 2 to connect to the new account (I logged into the new account on my iPhone).
The fitbit does not have the setup screen, it’s just showing the normal screen with time/date/steps

In the account section of the app you just select "set up a device", choose "Charge 2 " and follow the prompts. It will look for a Charge 2 within bluetooth range and start the connection process to that.

Yes, I did this, but the Charge 2 is not found and the setup screen is not shown on the Charge 2 (it’s just showing the time/date/steps).

The Charge 2 will not display the start screen: www.fitbit.com/setup
I would love to have a way to do the factory reset directly on the device. This one is heading for the trash.....
